Registration is carried out at an external secure site (congress.nl) following this link.
Registration and payment can be performed in one step. After completing the registration and the payment an automatically generated e-mail will be sent in order to download your confirmation (in PDF format).
Payments can be made instantly per credit card (Mastercard/VISA and American Express). Participants with a Dutch banking account can also pay through Ideal. Credit card payments are carried out using an external secure payment service that guarantees confidentiality and security.
In case where credit card or Ideal payments are not possible, an invoice will be sent on your request.

Every registered participant can present one paper only.
A number of technical tours are arranged for participants of the conference to industrial companies on the last day of the conference. More detail on the tours can be found at the Tours page. The fee for each tour is fixed at € 50.
During the online registration procedure an account will be created. You can download your confirmation letter (in PDF format) once you have completed your registration successfully. (Your confirmation ID-number is mentioned on this confirmation; you will need this for all correspondence with the secretariat).
In cases where payment per Credit card or Ideal is not possible or if the fee will be paid by a third party (e.g. University / Organization / Company), an invoice can be sent on your request. Please select the applicable option for the payment method after which the invoice will be sent to you by email. After receipt of payment, the confirmation letter will be sent.
A letter of invitation for the participants who require a visa to visit the Schengen area can be prepared. Please contact the secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org for this request. Please provide the following personal data: Full name and address, passport number, date of birth, abstract title and length of visit. The letter will be sent to you by email in PDF format.
Certificates of attendance can be obtained on request during and after the conference.
